Overview
Nestled in the charming grounds of Raffertys Resort, this modern home is the perfect spot for a family getaway.
Sleeping up to 6 guests, this well-maintained home features 2 bedrooms - a king bed and two king single beds, and there is also a loft upstairs which has an additional 2 king single beds.
The kitchen features a dishwasher, oven, and cooktop, a full-size fridge, a coffee machine, and plenty of bench space. There are 2 renovated bathrooms throughout the house, the main bathroom has recently been redone with a shower, bath, and toilet, then there is a second bathroom off the fully equipped laundry with another shower and toilet.
There is a dining table for formal dining in the center of the open plan living area, and large comfy lounges in the living area where you can relax and watch some TV. With the large glass door that opens out onto the veranda, enjoy a beautiful lake breeze and the peaceful sounds of the local birds with your morning coffee or afternoon meal.
The resort is located right on the edge of beautiful Lake Macquarie, you have full access to all the onsite facilities, you can take advantage of the 4 swimming pools (one is heated), tennis courts, kids playground, direct lake access at the onsite boat ramp, restaurants along with the boat hire facilities and of course the joys of being able to take a stroll around the waterfront and enjoy the beautiful sunsets. The villa is also within driving distance to lots of local beaches and bushland walking tracks.
Parking is available in front of the garage for 1 car. Additional parking is available throughout the resort in designated parking spaces.

Cancellation policy
BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The person making the booking MUST be at least eighteen years of age.
DEPOSIT: Until either a deposit or full payment is received confirmed and receipted by Lakeshores Management a booking is tentative only and Lakeshores Management may cancel it at any time.
GUEST REGISTRATION AND SECURITY BOND: Prior to arrival and to ensure that the property is treated fairly a Guest Registration form is required to be completed for all bookings and must be completed online and electronically signed agreeing with our Conditions of Tenancy.
This registration requires your credit card details. Damages breakages and excess cleaning charges etc. will be charged to this Credit Card if required. If Credit Card details cannot be supplied a cash security deposit is payable with the minimum payment being $500.00 This will be refunded within 14 days after departure subject to inspection to ensure that the property has been left in a tidy state no damages or loss of property are found and that our Booking & Tenancy Terms and Conditions have not been breached.
The pin code required to access the property will not be provided unless this registration has been read and signed.
CANCELLATIONS:
No refunds will be given if the guest or guests leave prior to their departure date, regardless of the reason for the early check out. The following cancellation policy applies if you have booked direct with Lakeshores Accommodation (congratulations on finding the cheapest rate!)
If you cancel your accommodation, and we can secure a replacement booking for the same period and for the same rate, your deposit will be refunded less a $100.00 Cancellation Fee. If however the property cannot be re let, one of following will apply:
*Bookings cancelled at least ninety (90) days prior to the arrival date is refundable less a cancellation fee of $100.00
*For cancellations over twenty eight (28) days of the arrival date the full deposit is non-refundable. If any payments have been received over the deposit then the refund will be total amount paid to date, less the deposit.
*For cancellations within fourteen (14) days of the arrival date 75% of the total tariff is non-refundable.
*We do not accept partial cancellations of days or guest numbers.
For refunds where the payment method was by credit card the refund will be processed back on to the same credit card. All other refunds will be via direct deposit to your bank account.
