This home is designed with comfort and convenience for groups. Sleeping up to 10 people, this 5 bedroom home has a number of beautiful spaces to enjoy. The living room features comfortable lounges, a Smart TV, dining table, indoor fireplace and boasts beautiful 180-degree views of Lake Macquarie from the window. Stroll out onto the front balcony and enjoy your morning at the breakfast bar and take in the views or enjoy the fireplace and some Netflix in the winter.

The lounge area opens to the beautiful modern kitchen with appliances. It has everything you will need to cook up a nice meal for your guests. Upstairs there are 4 bedrooms and a bathroom with a bath and shower. Downstairs is a separate "teenagers retreat" which has a small lounge area with Tv and PlayStation, kitchenette, bathroom with shower, and additional bedroom. This area is also suitable for the elderly as it is easily accessible.

The real heart of the home is the outdoor entertaining area. This area has a large heated spa, gardens, outdoor dining, bbq and washer/dryer. It is the perfect spot to cook up a BBQ, enjoy an evening glass of wine or an evening meal. The spa will fit 6-8 people and is perfect to unwind all year round! There is also an additional deck area upstairs with outdoor dining table.
