Swan Bay Waterfront is situated on Lake Macquarie in a small hamlet of Marks Point called Swan Bay.

Swan Bay is the perfect lakeside escape. Set in a popular pocket in the quiet suburb of Marks Point on the water's edge, this lakefront home offers everything you need. With waterfront views and a boat ramp located out the front, it is the perfect spot to relax and enjoy a wine and the sunset and spend the day on the water fishing, paddle boarding, kayaking, or out on the boat. 

The lounge room is spacious with plenty of seating and a flat screen TV and opens out onto the small deck and garden with water views. Enjoy a BBQ outdoors are the fully equipped kitchen to cook a meal. The kitchen has everything you need including a dishwasher, and a coffee machine. There is a dining table and also a toilet downstairs.

All bedrooms and bathrooms are located upstairs. The master bedroom with a king bed is spacious with water views and an ensuite with shower and bath. Relax in the bath and enjoy the 180-degree water views. Bedroom 2 and 3 both have queen beds. There is a second bathroom located upstairs with a shower and toilet. There is also an additional lounge area with a TV.

Swan Bay Waterfront is just a short stroll to the local shops at Marks Point including a cafe, takeaway shop, post office, and newsagency. Belmont is just a short 5-minute drive away to restaurants, shops, the 16 Footers Sailing Club, cafes, shopping centre, Belmont Baths, and the lakefront foreshore. 


Parking is available for one car in the garage. There is additional street parking available.


This property is not pet friendly. 

Please note: This self-contained home is booked exclusively for your use, it is professionally cleaned prior to your arrival and we have contactless check-in and check-out to help you have a Safe-Stay. You will be required to complete a guest registration before check-in, this will involve providing your credit card details for security reasons, no charges will apply unless damages occur.

Cancellation policy


The person making the booking MUST be at least eighteen years of age.

DEPOSIT: Until either a deposit or full payment is received confirmed and receipted by Lakeshores Management a booking is tentative only and Lakeshores Management may cancel it at any time.

GUEST REGISTRATION AND SECURITY BOND: Prior to arrival and to ensure that the property is treated fairly a Guest Registration form is required to be completed for all bookings and must be completed online and electronically signed agreeing with our Conditions of Tenancy.

This registration requires your credit card details. Damages breakages and excess cleaning charges etc. will be charged to this Credit Card if required. If Credit Card details cannot be supplied a cash security deposit is payable with the minimum payment being $500.00 This will be refunded within 14 days after departure subject to inspection to ensure that the property has been left in a tidy state no damages or loss of property are found and that our Booking & Tenancy Terms and Conditions have not been breached.

The pin code required to access the property will not be provided unless this registration has been read and signed.


No refunds will be given if the guest or guests leave prior to their departure date, regardless of the reason for the early check out. The following cancellation policy applies if you have booked direct with Lakeshores Accommodation (congratulations on finding the cheapest rate!)

If you cancel your accommodation, and we can secure a replacement booking for the same period and for the same rate, your deposit will be refunded less a $100.00 Cancellation Fee. If however the property cannot be re let, one of following will apply:

*Bookings cancelled at least ninety (90) days prior to the arrival date is refundable less a cancellation fee of $100.00

*For cancellations over twenty eight (28) days of the arrival date the full deposit is non-refundable. If any payments have been received over the deposit then the refund will be total amount paid to date, less the deposit.

*For cancellations within fourteen (14) days of the arrival date 75% of the total tariff is non-refundable.

*We do not accept partial cancellations of days or guest numbers.

For refunds where the payment method was by credit card the refund will be processed back on to the same credit card. All other refunds will be via direct deposit to your bank account.
