This 13 + 14 October will see the Offshore Superboat Championships return to Lake Macquarie for Round 2 of the 2018 competition. Lake Macquarie is the southernmost race location on the national Superboat circuit, making it the perfect place for fans from Sydney and beyond to catch the event.
As the Superboats' Lake Macquarie base, Marmong Point Marina will be at the heart of all the action, with plenty of public access on the Marina's foreshore to view the boats up close.

Race 1: 1.20pm, 20 minute race
Sunday 14 October
Race 2: 11.00am, 30 minute race
Race 3: 1.00pm, 30 minute race
WHERE TO VIEW
The races take place at the northern end of the Lake, with the Pit area located at Marmong Point Marina. The newly upgraded Warners Bay Foreshore is an ideal area to catch the action, as well as Eleebana Lions Park.

The Superboats are the highlight of the Lake Mac Big Weekend, a huge range of activities happening around the Lake including the Lake Macquarie Food and Wine Festival, PWC Jetski Racing, ‘come and try’ water sports and aerobatic displays from the Matt Hall Racing team.
