Overview
Do you want to wake up and fall asleep to the sound of rolling waves? Sea Sounds is a large 7 bedroom home sleeping up to 14 people, conveniently located right across from the ocean near the beautiful Caves Beach. This home has space for the whole family, with multiple areas to relax, enjoy the views, and unwind away from the busy city life. It is also just a short walk across the road to the Caves Beach Bar and Bungalows, surf club, cafes, shops, and a local grocery store.
The home is set up with everything you need for a relaxing beachside holiday. Relax on the veranda with your morning coffee or afternoon glass of wine, relax in the hammock in the outdoor garden oasis, enjoy a movie with your group, enjoy a BBQ or meal at the indoor or outdoor dining. Walking up the stairs, you are greeted with the large open living and dining room space with 180-degree views of the ocean.
The whole upstairs has ducted air conditioning throughout, and there are multiple dining areas. The large gourmet kitchen with double fridge, dishwasher, and coffee machine The lounge room has a Smart TV and comfortable lounges to unwind. Each bedroom has comfortable beds to unwind at night, and there are 3 bathrooms, including one with double vanity and a large bath to soak in.

Heading downstairs, there is a large second living area with Smart TV, lounge, dining table, and ocean views. It is the perfect place for the kids to hang out and enjoy the space, or the adults! Downstairs is not air conditioned, but both of the bedrooms have ceiling fans and the living area receives a beautiful ocean breeze even in the summer! There are two bathrooms, as well as a large double car garage available for your use. There is also an additional kitchenette downstairs with the basics. The outdoor garden oasis has a hammock and seating and is the perfect place to soak up some morning sun.

PARKING
Parking is available for cars, boats, and jet skis in the double car garage and driveway. There is additional on-street parking available.

Cancellation policy
BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The person making the booking MUST be at least eighteen years of age.
DEPOSIT: Until either a deposit or full payment is received confirmed and receipted by Lakeshores Management a booking is tentative only and Lakeshores Management may cancel it at any time.
GUEST REGISTRATION AND SECURITY BOND: Prior to arrival and to ensure that the property is treated fairly a Guest Registration form is required to be completed for all bookings and must be completed online and electronically signed agreeing with our Conditions of Tenancy.
This registration requires your credit card details. Damages breakages and excess cleaning charges etc. will be charged to this Credit Card if required. If Credit Card details cannot be supplied a cash security deposit is payable with the minimum payment being $500.00 This will be refunded within 14 days after departure subject to inspection to ensure that the property has been left in a tidy state no damages or loss of property are found and that our Booking & Tenancy Terms and Conditions have not been breached.
The pin code required to access the property will not be provided unless this registration has been read and signed.
CANCELLATIONS:
No refunds will be given if the guest or guests leave prior to their departure date, regardless of the reason for the early check out. The following cancellation policy applies if you have booked direct with Lakeshores Accommodation (congratulations on finding the cheapest rate!)
If you cancel your accommodation, and we can secure a replacement booking for the same period and for the same rate, your deposit will be refunded less a $100.00 Cancellation Fee. If however the property cannot be re let, one of following will apply:
*Bookings cancelled at least ninety (90) days prior to the arrival date is refundable less a cancellation fee of $100.00
*For cancellations over twenty eight (28) days of the arrival date the full deposit is non-refundable. If any payments have been received over the deposit then the refund will be total amount paid to date, less the deposit.
*For cancellations within fourteen (14) days of the arrival date 75% of the total tariff is non-refundable.
*We do not accept partial cancellations of days or guest numbers.
For refunds where the payment method was by credit card the refund will be processed back on to the same credit card. All other refunds will be via direct deposit to your bank account.
