Overview
This unique A-frame home is in an elevated position above the lake. The entire front is glass, with sweeping water views through the trees. You'll be visited by myriad native birds, including kookaburras, lorikeets, butcher birds, cockatoos, galahs, and magpies. 'Pirama' is the word for 'wild duck' in the local Awabakal language and it won't take you long to work out why – you'll see families with ducklings wandering across the road and down to the waterfront.

This home feels a mile from nowhere but the local conveniences are just down the road. The home is perfect for that relaxing getaway for a family or two couples. With the living area opening onto a deck area and the waterfront reserve and 180-degree water views. Here you can sit back and enjoy the sunset with a glass of wine, or just reading a book under the shade of the trees.
The house is built on two levels. Open-plan living area, kitchen, and bathroom are on the ground level, along with a bedroom with a double bed and a single. Upstairs, wake up in your king-size bed and you'll feel you're staying in a treehouse. There's a desk and chair so you can work in peace – if you can keep your eyes off the view!

The living room is divided into dining and lounge areas, where there is a large-screen TV, DVD player, and a selection of DVDs for adults and kids. You can Chromecast Netflix etc through your phone.
The kitchen features new appliances. It is fully equipped for keen cooks including a convection cooktop. electric jug, toaster, blender, and coffee machine, plus a dishwasher. The bathroom has a small shower-bath, suitable for children, and a washing machine, plus a separate toilet.
Wander to the water’s edge for a spot of fishing. The water is shallow around this area of the lake and sandy-bottomed which is perfect for kids, swimming, and fishing. A few minute's walk from the house is Sandy Beach, with BBQs, picnic tables and playgrounds, and a designated swimming area.

Cancellation policy
BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The person making the booking MUST be at least eighteen years of age.
DEPOSIT: Until either a deposit or full payment is received confirmed and receipted by Lakeshores Management a booking is tentative only and Lakeshores Management may cancel it at any time.
GUEST REGISTRATION AND SECURITY BOND: Prior to arrival and to ensure that the property is treated fairly a Guest Registration form is required to be completed for all bookings and must be completed online and electronically signed agreeing with our Conditions of Tenancy.
This registration requires your credit card details. Damages breakages and excess cleaning charges etc. will be charged to this Credit Card if required. If Credit Card details cannot be supplied a cash security deposit is payable with the minimum payment being $500.00 This will be refunded within 14 days after departure subject to inspection to ensure that the property has been left in a tidy state no damages or loss of property are found and that our Booking & Tenancy Terms and Conditions have not been breached.
The pin code required to access the property will not be provided unless this registration has been read and signed.
CANCELLATIONS:
No refunds will be given if the guest or guests leave prior to their departure date, regardless of the reason for the early check out. The following cancellation policy applies if you have booked direct with Lakeshores Accommodation (congratulations on finding the cheapest rate!)
If you cancel your accommodation, and we can secure a replacement booking for the same period and for the same rate, your deposit will be refunded less a $100.00 Cancellation Fee. If however the property cannot be re let, one of following will apply:
*Bookings cancelled at least ninety (90) days prior to the arrival date is refundable less a cancellation fee of $100.00
*For cancellations over twenty eight (28) days of the arrival date the full deposit is non-refundable. If any payments have been received over the deposit then the refund will be total amount paid to date, less the deposit.
*For cancellations within fourteen (14) days of the arrival date 75% of the total tariff is non-refundable.
*We do not accept partial cancellations of days or guest numbers.
For refunds where the payment method was by credit card the refund will be processed back on to the same credit card. All other refunds will be via direct deposit to your bank account.
