Set amongst the beautiful gumtrees, in the lakeside suburb of Murray's Beach, you will find a home that has a lot to offer for the whole family. Lake Point Bush Retreat is a beautifully restful home, where you can enjoy the serenity of the bush, the tranquillity of the lake but also the thrills of the surf, at any one of the local beaches that are just a short drive away

Walking in to the home is like taking a deep breath of fresh air. With modern yet simplistic decor, beautiful timber floorboards throughout and open, spacious living areas, the home has something for everyone.
Set off from the entry level is a teenagers retreat-style accommodation, featuring a queen bedroom, and separate cosy rumpus room with a large smart TV which includes Netflix/Stan/Disney, and a Nintendo play system to keep the kids entertained. The couch has a pull out option that easily transforms into a double sized bed.
On the split level area you will find the master bedroom with king-size bed and ensuite , and another queen bedroom . Both rooms include wardrobes, ceiling fans, and a large private balcony with seating to relax while overlooking the vast bushland corridor. This is a perfect place to sit and enjoy a beverage, whilst surrounding yourself amongst nature.
Making your way up into the hall, you are spoilt with a reading nook full of light, and some reading options as well as an abundance of board games to help yourself to during your stay. The modern main bathroom with separate toilet and laundry have all the amenities you require. On this level you will also find another a large room with 2 sets of single bunk beds for the kiddies. This room also has a wardrobe.
Walking into the heart of the home, you are welcomed with a smart, easy to use modern kitchen with island bench and stools, and large dining area, with an abundance of utensils, glass ware, crockery and modern appliances, and staples being it is a chefs dream to cook, and enjoy!
The living room that extends off the kitchen/dining features a cosy lounge and smart tv with access to Netflix/Stan/Disneyand and reverse cycle air conditioning, keeping those cold nights warm, and the summer nights cool and comfortable. The open plan living, dining, and kitchen opens up onto a large deck with seating for 8, a large outdoor Webber gas BBQ, and another outdoor seating area, perfect for a bit of peace and quiet while looking out towards the bush.
Walking out into the beautiful gardens, you have your own private outdoor fire place with bench seating, leafy trees, and blossoming fruit plants, creating a truly beautiful tranquil place to relax and unwind whilst listening to the ambient crackles of the fire as the sun goes down. There is also a private undercover patio at the front of the house featuring 2 egg chairs to gently swing on while listening to the peaceful sound of birds and nature.

Location & Directions
You will receive a SMS prior to your arrival with directions to the property, you will also receive a SMS with the code to the lockbox on the day of your arrival.
Cancellation policy
BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The person making the booking MUST be at least eighteen years of age.
DEPOSIT: Until either a deposit or full payment is received confirmed and receipted by Lakeshores Management a booking is tentative only and Lakeshores Management may cancel it at any time.
GUEST REGISTRATION AND SECURITY BOND: Prior to arrival and to ensure that the property is treated fairly a Guest Registration form is required to be completed for all bookings and must be completed online and electronically signed agreeing with our Conditions of Tenancy.
This registration requires your credit card details. Damages breakages and excess cleaning charges etc. will be charged to this Credit Card if required. If Credit Card details cannot be supplied a cash security deposit is payable with the minimum payment being $500.00 This will be refunded within 14 days after departure subject to inspection to ensure that the property has been left in a tidy state no damages or loss of property are found and that our Booking & Tenancy Terms and Conditions have not been breached.
The pin code required to access the property will not be provided unless this registration has been read and signed.
CANCELLATIONS:
No refunds will be given if the guest or guests leave prior to their departure date, regardless of the reason for the early check out. The following cancellation policy applies if you have booked direct with Lakeshores Accommodation (congratulations on finding the cheapest rate!
If you cancel your accommodation, and we can secure a replacement booking for the same period and for the same rate, your deposit will be refunded less a $100.00 Cancellation Fee. If however the property cannot be re let, one of following will apply:
*Bookings cancelled at least ninety (90) days prior to the arrival date is refundable less a cancellation fee of $100.00
*For cancellations over twenty eight (28) days of the arrival date the full deposit is non-refundable. If any payments have been received over the deposit then the refund will be total amount paid to date, less the deposit.
*For cancellations within fourteen (14) days of the arrival date 75% of the total tariff is non-refundable.
*We do not accept partial cancellations of days or guest numbers.
For refunds where the payment method was by credit card the refund will be processed back on to the same credit card. All other refunds will be via direct deposit to your bank account.
