Fairview Cottage is a hidden gem located in the quiet suburb of Nords Wharf. This one-bedroom ¿tiny home¿ is only recently built and has everything you need for a weekend or longer away. This is the perfect retreat for couples who want to escape the busy day to day life and relax, soak up the lake views with a coffee or a glass of wine and explore the Lake Macquarie region.
Located just an hour and a half from Sydney in the sleepy suburb of Nords Wharf, Fairview Cottage is the ultimate escape from city life. As you enter via the private entrance down a set of well-lit steps to the cottage, you will be stunned by the cottages beautiful and thoughtful interior design which incorporates the natural landscape into its interiors.
This luxury studio features a comfortable queen bed to enjoy a good night¿s rest, a smart TV with Netflix, a private bathroom, water views from the veranda, BBQ, and laundry facilities. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine and bar fridge.

You have access to a garden area with a BBQ which is the perfect place to enjoy the afternoon sun and unwind and it is just a short walk down to the lakes edge. Nords Wharf is located just a 5-minute drive to the historic beach at Catherine Hill Bay and 10 minutes to the city town center in Swansea which features shops, cafes and restaurants. Shuttle buses from Swansea RSL and Caves Beach Resort run to Nords Wharf. Explore the Watagan Mountains just a 30-minute drive away or walk along the Wallarah Peninsula Walk.
Parking is available at the back of the property. Please follow the signs at the front of the address around to the back to access the parking space.

Cancellation policy
BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The person making the booking MUST be at least eighteen years of age.
DEPOSIT: Until either a deposit or full payment is received confirmed and receipted by Lakeshores Management a booking is tentative only and Lakeshores Management may cancel it at any time.
GUEST REGISTRATION AND SECURITY BOND: Prior to arrival and to ensure that the property is treated fairly a Guest Registration form is required to be completed for all bookings and must be completed online and electronically signed agreeing with our Conditions of Tenancy.
This registration requires your credit card details. Damages breakages and excess cleaning charges etc. will be charged to this Credit Card if required. If Credit Card details cannot be supplied a cash security deposit is payable with the minimum payment being $500.00 This will be refunded within 14 days after departure subject to inspection to ensure that the property has been left in a tidy state no damages or loss of property are found and that our Booking & Tenancy Terms and Conditions have not been breached.
The pin code required to access the property will not be provided unless this registration has been read and signed.
CANCELLATIONS:
No refunds will be given if the guest or guests leave prior to their departure date, regardless of the reason for the early check out. The following cancellation policy applies if you have booked direct with Lakeshores Accommodation (congratulations on finding the cheapest rate!)
If you cancel your accommodation, and we can secure a replacement booking for the same period and for the same rate, your deposit will be refunded less a $100.00 Cancellation Fee. If however the property cannot be re let, one of following will apply:
*Bookings cancelled at least ninety (90) days prior to the arrival date is refundable less a cancellation fee of $100.00
*For cancellations over twenty eight (28) days of the arrival date the full deposit is non-refundable. If any payments have been received over the deposit then the refund will be total amount paid to date, less the deposit.
*For cancellations within fourteen (14) days of the arrival date 75% of the total tariff is non-refundable.
*We do not accept partial cancellations of days or guest numbers.
For refunds where the payment method was by credit card the refund will be processed back on to the same credit card. All other refunds will be via direct deposit to your bank account.
