This 4 bedroom home with WIFI offers the best of holiday living with the beautiful Lake Macquarie and Blacksmiths Beach just hundreds of metres from your door steps. The home captures stunning waterfront views of the waterfront reserve across the road. A 60 second stroll to the edge of the Swansea Channel or a 600m walk to the patrolled sandy beaches of Blacksmiths Beach, with BBQ and picnic facilities, playground and the popular Granny's Pool, which is an excellent swimming hole safe for the kids and whole family.

Walk into the back private entry of the home to be greeted with the air conditioned kitchen. The kitchen fully equipped featuring oven and cooktop, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. There is also a fully sized fridge as well as a smaller bar fridge. The french doors open out into the small garden which is perfect to enjoy the afternoon seabreeze and surrounded by greenery for privacy. There is a small undercover deck with seating to relax.

As you walk towards the front of the house there is the open living space, complete with comfortable leather lounges and TV. This open area also has a dining table, with more dining available in the kitchen. There is plenty of seating for everyone. The cosy feel will make you feel comfortable and is the perfect escape from the city hustle.

The 4 bedrooms are modern with the master having a ceiling fan. The first bedroom featuring a comfortable double bed. There is also a bedroom with a double bed with doors opening into the garden. The single bedroom at the front of the house also has a desk for those working away from home and stunning waterfront views. The 4th bedroom has two single beds. There are two bathrooms with a toilet and shower in the house, both very tidy and renovated. We provide all linen with beds made up and also some amenities for your convenience on arrival.

There are scenic walking tracks and cycling tracks at your fingertips and if you've bought your boat or jet ski with you, there's an all weather boat ramp less than 200m away. Walk out onto the break wall and be blown away with the amazing views in all directions and 3 minute drive is all it takes to arrive at lakeside Swansea shopping centre where there is a Coles, Woolworths and speciality stores.

DIRECTIONS From Sydney: Travel north along the F3 Freeway from Sydney. Turn left at the Swansea exit and keep going until you reach blacksmiths which is located after Swansea bridge. You will take your first right (Ungala Rd), then you will take a left onto Bali Street. Lakeshores Accommodation sign will be located on the house. Parking is available in the driveway and also street parking. From Newcastle: Follow the Pacific Highway south until you reach blacksmiths. You will be turning Right at Ungala Rd following that down to your left Bali Street.

Cancellation Policy


The person making the booking MUST be at least eighteen years of age.

DEPOSIT: Until either a deposit or full payment is received confirmed and receipted by Lakeshores Management a booking is tentative only and Lakeshores Management may cancel it at any time.

GUEST REGISTRATION AND SECURITY BOND: Prior to arrival and to ensure that the property is treated fairly a Guest Registration form is required to be completed for all bookings and must be completed online and electronically signed agreeing with our Conditions of Tenancy.

This registration requires your credit card details. Damages breakages and excess cleaning charges etc. will be charged to this Credit Card if required. If Credit Card details cannot be supplied a cash security deposit is payable with the minimum payment being $500.00 This will be refunded within 14 days after departure subject to inspection to ensure that the property has been left in a tidy state no damages or loss of property are found and that our Booking & Tenancy Terms and Conditions have not been breached.

The pin code required to access the property will not be provided unless this registration has been read and signed.

CANCELLATIONS: Non peak periods. We accept cancellations up to 4 week from arrival date – a $75 cancellation fee applies to cover bank and merchant fees. Prior to 4 weeks full payment is required. Peak periods. Public holidays including Long Weekends NSW School Holidays Easter Christmas and Special Events. Up to 12 weeks from arrival date – a $200 cancellation fee applies to cover bank and merchant fees Under 12 weeks from arrival date - full deposit unless property is rebooked. If the property is re-booked a $500 cancellation fee then applies)
