With everything you need for a weekend away or longer stay, this apartment will make for a memorable beach holiday. The modern apartment features a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, dishwasher, cooktop, and fridge.
The living area has a dining table where you can enjoy your breakfast or evening meal overlooking the ocean. The large comfortable lounge is the perfect spot to rest your feet after a day of exploring and enjoy a movie on the large smart TV. This open living area opens up onto the large balcony, and a breeze from the ocean and is the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon glass of wine.

The apartment is just a short walk to Caves Beach Resort Bar, which features a restaurant and bar. The Mawson is a great cafe to grab your morning coffee, and there is a local IGA located underneath the apartments, as well as some specialty stores, gelato stores, and more.
Caves Beach is located in Lake Macquarie just a 1.5-hour drive from Sydney. This secluded town features stunning beaches with ocean caves to explore, local shopping, Caves Beach bar, and restaurant and is located just a 2-minute drive to the town center of Swansea. The infamous Catherine Hill Bay mining town is just a 5-minute drive away.

Cancellation policy
BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The person making the booking MUST be at least eighteen years of age.
DEPOSIT: Until either a deposit or full payment is received confirmed and receipted by Lakeshores Management a booking is tentative only and Lakeshores Management may cancel it at any time.
GUEST REGISTRATION AND SECURITY BOND: Prior to arrival and to ensure that the property is treated fairly a Guest Registration form is required to be completed for all bookings and must be completed online and electronically signed agreeing with our Conditions of Tenancy.
This registration requires your credit card details. Damages breakages and excess cleaning charges etc. will be charged to this Credit Card if required. If Credit Card details cannot be supplied a cash security deposit is payable with the minimum payment being $500.00 This will be refunded within 14 days after departure subject to inspection to ensure that the property has been left in a tidy state no damages or loss of property are found and that our Booking & Tenancy Terms and Conditions have not been breached.
The pin code required to access the property will not be provided unless this registration has been read and signed.
CANCELLATIONS:
No refunds will be given if the guest or guests leave prior to their departure date, regardless of the reason for the early check out. The following cancellation policy applies if you have booked direct with Lakeshores Accommodation (congratulations on finding the cheapest rate!)
If you cancel your accommodation, and we can secure a replacement booking for the same period and for the same rate, your deposit will be refunded less a $100.00 Cancellation Fee. If however the property cannot be re let, one of following will apply:
*Bookings cancelled at least ninety (90) days prior to the arrival date is refundable less a cancellation fee of $100.00
*For cancellations over twenty eight (28) days of the arrival date the full deposit is non-refundable. If any payments have been received over the deposit then the refund will be total amount paid to date, less the deposit.
*For cancellations within fourteen (14) days of the arrival date 75% of the total tariff is non-refundable.
*We do not accept partial cancellations of days or guest numbers.
For refunds where the payment method was by credit card the refund will be processed back on to the same credit card. All other refunds will be via direct deposit to your bank account.
