Located just a short walk to the water's edge on a large public reserve, it's the perfect place for fishing, kayaking, or boating. The home caters well for large groups across two-stories with 4 bedrooms, sleeping 10 in total, 2 kitchens, 2 bathrooms, 3 living areas, BBQ area, garaging for 1 car, and plenty of room for another 6 cars or boats/caravans to park off-street.

This four-bedroom home has recently been redecorated to create a relaxing, contemporary feel, the lower level of the home features a bedroom with Queen size bed with a ceiling fan and built-in robe, the main kitchen with a dishwasher, a large air-conditioned dining area, a smaller second living area with a TV, a bathroom with a shower, and toilet, plus a fully equipped laundry with washer and dryer. 

The upstairs area features the main air-conditioned living area with a large flat-screen TV and cosy lounge, the smaller second kitchen and living area, bathroom with shower and the other 3 bedrooms. There is also a balcony that you can sit out on and enjoy the breeze that comes off the lake. 

There are plenty of walking trails along the waters edge leading around to Wangi (or just a couple of minutes by car), where you will find indoor/outdoor cafe's (Market Street Café & The Deck Café) overlooking the water with playgrounds for kids, Wangi Workers Club, Dobell House (home and studio of artist Sir William Dobell), supermarkets and much more to explore. Wangi also enjoys shared bike paths around the water and several public wharves.

The main property features are; Free Wifi and smart TV, split across two levels with 2 kitchens, air conditioning, private courtyard with undercover BBQ area, fun backyard for the kids to play in, 200m walk to the lake foreshore, close to local restaurants and shops and linen is included.

PARKING  Parking is available for one car in the garage and plenty of room for another 6 cars or boats/caravans to park off-street.

Cancellation Policy


The person making the booking MUST be at least eighteen years of age.

DEPOSIT: Until either a deposit or full payment is received confirmed and receipted by Lakeshores Management a booking is tentative only and Lakeshores Management may cancel it at any time.

GUEST REGISTRATION AND SECURITY BOND: Prior to arrival and to ensure that the property is treated fairly a Guest Registration form is required to be completed for all bookings and must be completed online and electronically signed agreeing with our Conditions of Tenancy.

This registration requires your credit card details. Damages breakages and excess cleaning charges etc. will be charged to this Credit Card if required. If Credit Card details cannot be supplied a cash security deposit is payable with the minimum payment being $500.00 This will be refunded within 14 days after departure subject to inspection to ensure that the property has been left in a tidy state no damages or loss of property are found and that our Booking & Tenancy Terms and Conditions have not been breached.

The pin code required to access the property will not be provided unless this registration has been read and signed.

CANCELLATIONS: Non peak periods. We accept cancellations up to 4 week from arrival date – a $75 cancellation fee applies to cover bank and merchant fees. Prior to 4 weeks full payment is required. Peak periods. Public holidays including Long Weekends NSW School Holidays Easter Christmas and Special Events. Up to 12 weeks from arrival date – a $200 cancellation fee applies to cover bank and merchant fees Under 12 weeks from arrival date - full deposit unless property is rebooked. If the property is re-booked a $500 cancellation fee then applies)
