This beautifully presented property is directly opposite stunning Blacksmiths Beach, the Swansea Blacksmiths Surf Lifesaving Club and is also a short walk to the local attraction known as "Grannys pool" (a safe swimming area for younger children).  With a playground also situated in the park across the road, as well as BBQ and picnic areas you will be assured your kids will be fully entertained - making this a great holiday for parents too! The property is fully fenced for your peace of mind and there is plenty of lawn for your kids to play outside and enjoy the sunshine.  Walk into the property and you will immediately feel relaxed and in holiday mode!  The living area is decorated tastefully in aqua tones and included comfortable plush seating, flat screen smart TV and a sound system for your enjoyment. It is a bright and airy space, just perfect for you to relax after a great day on the water. A great range of board games and books is available for your use. The colours of this home highlight the location, with water virtually surrounding this property. Beach access is directly across the road and the Swansea Channel only a a short stroll away. You will be spoilt for choice as to what you want to do first! Featuring two bedrooms this home can comfortable sleep up to 5 guests. The master bedroom has a Queen sized bed and the second bedroom includes a tri-bunk (double bed on the bottom and single bed on top). The kitchen is modern, with a stainless steel fridge, stove, microwave oven and European appliances as well as all the facilities needed for your home away from home. The dining table is situated close to the kitchen to make entertaining easy. This area is also air conditioned for your comfort. The bathroom is also modern and features a bath, shower and vanity with flick master tap and laundry facilities are situated at the rear of the property.  A clothesline is conveniently located at your back door so you can easily dry those beach towels after a great day surfing, or swimming or just exploring all that this area has to offer. A new BBQ and outdoor oak table setting completes the picture. Lake Macquarie is well known for great fishing, 4WDing, sailing and also the best surfing beaches around. Blacksmiths is conveniently located on the seaside of Eastern Lake Macquarie, between the lakeside towns of Swansea and Belmont. It still retains the relaxed beach-side village vibe of yesteryear, however the necessities of modern life are still close by.  This wonderful home is close to local shops, and only 20 minutes to Charlestown Square (cinema and major shopping outlets and restaurants)

DIRECTIONS From Sydney: Travel north along the F3 Freeway from Sydney. Turn left at the Swansea exit, keep following till you have reach Blacksmiths which is located after Swansea bridge. Once you have crossed the bridge you will take your first right Ungala Rd. The property will be located on the corner as you turn towards the beach, a Lakeshores Accommodation sign will be on the property. From Newcastle: Follow the Pacific Highway south until you have reach Blacksmiths. Once you have reached Blacksmiths you will be take a left on Ungala Rd. Your property will be located on the corner and a Lakeshores Accommodation sign will be on the property.

Cancellation Policy


The person making the booking MUST be at least eighteen years of age.

DEPOSIT: Until either a deposit or full payment is received confirmed and receipted by Lakeshores Management a booking is tentative only and Lakeshores Management may cancel it at any time.

GUEST REGISTRATION AND SECURITY BOND: Prior to arrival and to ensure that the property is treated fairly a Guest Registration form is required to be completed for all bookings and must be completed online and electronically signed agreeing with our Conditions of Tenancy.

This registration requires your credit card details. Damages breakages and excess cleaning charges etc. will be charged to this Credit Card if required. If Credit Card details cannot be supplied a cash security deposit is payable with the minimum payment being $500.00 This will be refunded within 14 days after departure subject to inspection to ensure that the property has been left in a tidy state no damages or loss of property are found and that our Booking & Tenancy Terms and Conditions have not been breached.

The pin code required to access the property will not be provided unless this registration has been read and signed.

CANCELLATIONS: Non peak periods. We accept cancellations up to 4 week from arrival date – a $75 cancellation fee applies to cover bank and merchant fees. Prior to 4 weeks full payment is required. Peak periods. Public holidays including Long Weekends NSW School Holidays Easter Christmas and Special Events. Up to 12 weeks from arrival date – a $200 cancellation fee applies to cover bank and merchant fees Under 12 weeks from arrival date - full deposit unless property is rebooked. If the property is re-booked a $500 cancellation fee then applies)
