Modern, but retaining the historic charm of yesteryear this 3 bedroom home provides a great family beach side getaway, or even for those just wanting to get away from the rat race for a while.

The kitchen is full equipped with a fridge, oven and microwave. The open plan living area is spacious and has a combustion fire (great for those winter months) and the wrap around veranda is perfect for sitting and enjoying a quiet drink or two.

The bathroom has a claw foot bath but is modern and also has a separate shower.

The backyard is fenced and large enough for a family game of cricket or the family BBQ.

From Newcastle - follow A43 Pacific Highway towards Sydney via Swansea, take the second exit towards Sydney Travel for 5.1km and take the Flowers Drive exit towards Catherine Hill Bay. Destination will be on the right From Sydney - follow the M1 towards Newcastle. At Bushels Ridge Take the A43 exit . Continue on A43 towards to Flowers Dr in Catherine Hill Bay Turn right onto Montefiore St Turn left into Clarke St, this street turns slightly right and becomes Lindsley Street Continue towards Flowers Drive - home will be on the left

Cancellation Policy

BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The person making the booking MUST be at least eighteen years of age.

DEPOSIT: Until either a deposit or full payment is received confirmed and receipted by Lakeshores Management a booking is tentative only and Lakeshores Management may cancel it at any time.

GUEST REGISTRATION AND SECURITY BOND: Prior to arrival and to ensure that the property is treated fairly a Guest Registration form is required to be completed for all bookings and must be completed online and electronically signed agreeing with our Conditions of Tenancy.

This registration requires your credit card details. Damages breakages and excess cleaning charges etc. will be charged to this Credit Card if required. If Credit Card details cannot be supplied a cash security deposit is payable with the minimum payment being $500.00 This will be refunded within 14 days after departure subject to inspection to ensure that the property has been left in a tidy state no damages or loss of property are found and that our Booking & Tenancy Terms and Conditions have not been breached.

The pin code required to access the property will not be provided unless this registration has been read and signed.

CANCELLATIONS: Non peak periods. We accept cancellations up to 4 week from arrival date – a $75 cancellation fee applies to cover bank and merchant fees. Prior to 4 weeks full payment is required. Peak periods. Public holidays including Long Weekends NSW School Holidays Easter Christmas and Special Events. Up to 12 weeks from arrival date – a $200 cancellation fee applies to cover bank and merchant fees Under 12 weeks from arrival date - full deposit unless property is rebooked. If the property is re-booked a $500 cancellation fee then applies)
