Nestled directly opposite from the lake, this 3 bedroom home is beautifully presented and the perfect home for a family getaway, fisherman’s weekend away or simply a romantic weekend away.

The windows across the front of the property enables you to continue taking in the breathtaking views of the lake from inside the home all day long, the lounge room has the best views, you can be enjoying a movie on the flat screen TV while still being able to look out the window and enjoy the beauty the lake has to offer, for added comfort, this area is airconditioned.

With panoramic views of the lake from the window, the main bedroom also features a queen size bed, there is another queen size bed in the second bedroom and the 3rd bedroom has a single and double. Sleeping 7 guests all up. If required there is a fold out bed in the lounge room.

The newly renovated bathroom features a shower and free-standing bath, there is a separate toilet and vanity. The fully equipped kitchen has a large full-size fridge, a dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, stove + cooktop and plenty of bench space to do some cooking preparation. The beautiful large dining table is great for everyone to sit down and enjoy a meal together, this area also has a ceiling fan and gas heating for the colder months. The house also features a second bathroom and fully equipped laundry.

Eat alfresco in the undercover outdoor area, there is a BBQ and outdoor setting ready for guest use.

Bring your boat with you, as there is plenty of parking at the property, either under the carport or on the street and there is a boat ramp less than 100M from the property. There is also a jetty directly across the road from the house where you can dock your boat for short periods. (Please clean any fish at the station next to the boat ramp).

Need to do work while you’re away? No problem, as Reflections is office ready with a desk and printer set up in the lounge room, you even get views of the lake while you’re working.

Reflections by the lake is only a short drive or walk from local shops such as Woolworths, Coles and Dan Murphy’s, if you would prefer a day at the shops Charlestown Square is approximately 25 minutes from the house and features many popular shops and entertainment. The is also plenty of local beaches for you to explore, Caves Beach is perfect for the family as you there is an onsite kiosk and on low tide you can explore the Caves, Blacksmiths is also great as there is a kids play grounds right near the beach and a local fish n chip shop. If swimming in the lake or beach isn’t your thing, there is a local council pool in Swansea which is open in the warmer months.

DIRECTIONS From Sydney: Travel north along the F3 Freeway from Sydney. Turn left at the Swansea exit. keep following the Pacific Hwy till you have reached Swansea roundabout. You will be taking the 3rd exit onto Bowman St. Following this road you will be turning left onto Lake Rd, at the traffic lights, follow this street to the end, then turn right. The property will be located on your left. From Newcastle: Follow the Pacific Highway south till you have reached Swansea, At the traffic lights turn right onto Lake Rd, follow this street to the end, then turn right. The property will be located on your left.

Cancellation Policy


The person making the booking MUST be at least eighteen years of age.

DEPOSIT: Until either a deposit or full payment is received confirmed and receipted by Lakeshores Management a booking is tentative only and Lakeshores Management may cancel it at any time.

GUEST REGISTRATION AND SECURITY BOND: Prior to arrival and to ensure that the property is treated fairly a Guest Registration form is required to be completed for all bookings and must be completed online and electronically signed agreeing with our Conditions of Tenancy.

This registration requires your credit card details. Damages breakages and excess cleaning charges etc. will be charged to this Credit Card if required. If Credit Card details cannot be supplied a cash security deposit is payable with the minimum payment being $500.00 This will be refunded within 14 days after departure subject to inspection to ensure that the property has been left in a tidy state no damages or loss of property are found and that our Booking & Tenancy Terms and Conditions have not been breached.

The pin code required to access the property will not be provided unless this registration has been read and signed.

CANCELLATIONS: Non peak periods. We accept cancellations up to 4 week from arrival date – a $75 cancellation fee applies to cover bank and merchant fees. Prior to 4 weeks full payment is required. Peak periods. Public holidays including Long Weekends NSW School Holidays Easter Christmas and Special Events. Up to 12 weeks from arrival date – a $200 cancellation fee applies to cover bank and merchant fees Under 12 weeks from arrival date - full deposit unless property is rebooked. If the property is re-booked a $500 cancellation fee then applies)
