Flexi 3 is situated in the beautiful suburb Belmont. This property is only a short walk to Belmont bay and local shops.

Sleeping up to 6 people, this 3 bedroom apartment has plenty of space for everyone. On the bottom level there is a double garage, 2 bedrooms both with 2 single beds in each and a bathroom with a bath. On the next level is the living, dining and kitchen areas, the main bedroom with an ensuite with a spa bath and access to the balcony.

Food preparation is easy in the fully equipped kitchen complete with dishwasher, oven, micro wave oven, ceramic cook tops and views from the window down to the lake and beyond.

The first floor level is light and airy and features quality tiled floors, fully upholstered sofas, high back dining chairs with solid timber top table, air conditioning and a large open plan living area with quality furnishings, 32" flat screen TV, DVD & CD players. Reverse cycle air conditioning ensure comfort throughout the year.

For family holiday accommodation at its finest, Flexi 3 is the answer. If you are after something a little bit bigger this property can be extended and a door is unlocked with 2 more bedrooms which can sleep an additional 5 people plus another kitchen, bathroom and loungeroom.

From Sydney: Travel north along the F3 Freeway from Sydney. Turn left at the Swansea exit and keep following the Pacific Hwy till you have reached Belmont. You will be taking a left turn on Walter St ( The Gunyah Hotel is located on the corner). Follow Walter St to the end, turn left onto Brooks Pde, keep following till you come to a right turn onto Gerald St. Your property will be located on the corner of Gerald St and Evans St on the right. Lakeshores Accommodation sign will be located on the property. Parking is available in the garage, on the grass out the front of the property and also street parking.

From Newcastle: Follow the Pacific Highway south until you reach Belmont. You will be turning right at Evans St. Keep following Evans St till you come to a left turn onto Gerald St. Your property will be located on the corner of Gerald and Evans. Lakeshores Accommodation sign will be located on the property. Parking is available in the garage, on the grass out the front of the property also street parking is available.

Cancellation policy


The person making the booking MUST be at least eighteen years of age.

DEPOSIT: Until either a deposit or full payment is received confirmed and receipted by Lakeshores Management a booking is tentative only and Lakeshores Management may cancel it at any time.

GUEST REGISTRATION AND SECURITY BOND: Prior to arrival and to ensure that the property is treated fairly a Guest Registration form is required to be completed for all bookings and must be completed online and electronically signed agreeing with our Conditions of Tenancy.

This registration requires your credit card details. Damages breakages and excess cleaning charges etc. will be charged to this Credit Card if required. If Credit Card details cannot be supplied a cash security deposit is payable with the minimum payment being $500.00 This will be refunded within 14 days after departure subject to inspection to ensure that the property has been left in a tidy state no damages or loss of property are found and that our Booking & Tenancy Terms and Conditions have not been breached.

The pin code required to access the property will not be provided unless this registration has been read and signed.


No refunds will be given if the guest or guests leave prior to their departure date, regardless of the reason for the early check out. The following cancellation policy applies if you have booked direct with Lakeshores Accommodation (congratulations on finding the cheapest rate!)

If you cancel your accommodation, and we can secure a replacement booking for the same period and for the same rate, your deposit will be refunded less a $100.00 Cancellation Fee. If however the property cannot be re let, one of following will apply:

*Bookings cancelled at least ninety (90) days prior to the arrival date is refundable less a cancellation fee of $100.00

*For cancellations over twenty eight (28) days of the arrival date the full deposit is non-refundable. If any payments have been received over the deposit then the refund will be total amount paid to date, less the deposit.

*For cancellations within fourteen (14) days of the arrival date 75% of the total tariff is non-refundable.

*We do not accept partial cancellations of days or guest numbers.

For refunds where the payment method was by credit card the refund will be processed back on to the same credit card. All other refunds will be via direct deposit to your bank account.
