This absolute waterfront retreat is the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the views of Lake Macquarie from your own private covered balcony. The perfect getaway for either a family, with it's proximity to the lake, beaches & large yard (bring the bikes) or a romantic getaway for two.

Situated at Summerland Point on the shore of Lake Macquarie, the home is only one hour from the F3 Wahroongha Sydney and 45 minutes from Newcastle.

Minutes from pristine beaches, Summerland Point is a watersport haven where families and couples take delight with water activities, wildlife and birdlife right at your doorstep.

The property is 2 stories with 4 bedrooms.

The bottom level has 2 bedrooms, both with windows facing the water. The main bedrooms with a king bed id very spacious with space for you to place your items, the second bedroom downstairs has a tri-bunk. Downstairs there is also a small room that can be used as on office or to place your laptop. There is a small bathroom with a toilet and a shower + a fully equipped laundry.

Upstairs has the other 2 bedrooms, the main bedroom has a double bed which has a large window overlooking the reserve and water. It has a built in wardrobe. the second bedroom has a tribunk. Near both of these bedrooms is the second bathroom with a shower, toilet and heater.

Upstairs is fully air conditioned and has an open plan living area with a fully equipped kitchen with a full size fridge, microwave , dishwasher, oven and stove top. The lounge room area runs onto the dining area and also has big glass doors which open out onto the balcony. The balcony is the perfect place to sit back and relax- enjoying beautiful Lake Macquarie.

There is an area downstairs that has a BBQ.

This property is located only a short walk from the local shops, kid playground and boat ramp.

Directions

From Sydney: Travel north along the F3 Freeway from Sydney. Turn left at the Swansea exit. keep following the Pacific Hwy then turn right at the traffic lights onto Kanangra Drive, follow that road until you reach a round about- take the first exit onto Summerland Point Rd, Turn Left onto Cams blvd then right onto Ginganup Rd- the property will be on your left, From Newcastle: Follow the Pacific Highway south till you have reached Swansea roundabout, take the second exit to continue on the pacific highway, travel for approximately 10 minutes then turn left at the traffic lights onto Kanangra Drive, follow that road until you reach a round about- take the first exit onto Summerland Point Rd, Turn Left onto Cams blvd then right onto Ginganup Rd- the property will be on your left,

Cancellation Policy

BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The person making the booking MUST be at least eighteen years of age.

DEPOSIT: Until either a deposit or full payment is received confirmed and receipted by Lakeshores Management a booking is tentative only and Lakeshores Management may cancel it at any time.

GUEST REGISTRATION AND SECURITY BOND: Prior to arrival and to ensure that the property is treated fairly a Guest Registration form is required to be completed for all bookings and must be completed online and electronically signed agreeing with our Conditions of Tenancy.

This registration requires your credit card details. Damages breakages and excess cleaning charges etc. will be charged to this Credit Card if required. If Credit Card details cannot be supplied a cash security deposit is payable with the minimum payment being $500.00 This will be refunded within 14 days after departure subject to inspection to ensure that the property has been left in a tidy state no damages or loss of property are found and that our Booking & Tenancy Terms and Conditions have not been breached.

The pin code required to access the property will not be provided unless this registration has been read and signed.

CANCELLATIONS: Non peak periods. We accept cancellations up to 4 week from arrival date – a $75 cancellation fee applies to cover bank and merchant fees. Prior to 4 weeks full payment is required. Peak periods. Public holidays including Long Weekends NSW School Holidays Easter Christmas and Special Events. Up to 12 weeks from arrival date – a $200 cancellation fee applies to cover bank and merchant fees Under 12 weeks from arrival date - full deposit unless property is rebooked. If the property is re-booked a $500 cancellation fee then applies)

PART CANCELLATIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
