This is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the tranquil environment with family and friends. A fantastic playground for kayaking, water sports or just meandering around the lake in your little tinnie.

Fully fenced front & back yard, walking path around the lakeside it is a great place for the kids to ride their bikes and play ball.

House accommodates up to a maximum 9 guests in comfort. Fully equipment kitchen, air conditioned both levels, outdoor eating areas and much much more.

For your convenience you will have use of a laundry with washing machine and clothes dryer as well as undercover and sunny areas to dry your towels and clothes.

Travelling from Sydney 1 hr from the beginning of the M1 (F3) motorway. Take the Swansea Doyalson exit onto Pacific Highway continue until you pass the Doyalson RSL (Doylo). Turn Left onto Rutleys Road, Turn right onto Vales Road, Turn right into Barclay Avenue. Gymea Crescent is at the end of Barclay Avenue.

Travelling south from the Hunter. Take the M1 (F3) exit at Morriset. Turn right at the second round about Wyee Road, Turn left onto Rutleys Road, Turn left onto Vales Road, Turn right into Barclay Avenue. Gymea Crescent is at then of Barclay Avenue.

Cancellation Policy

BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The person making the booking MUST be at least eighteen years of age.

DEPOSIT: Until either a deposit or full payment is received confirmed and receipted by Lakeshores Management a booking is tentative only and Lakeshores Management may cancel it at any time.

GUEST REGISTRATION AND SECURITY BOND: Prior to arrival and to ensure that the property is treated fairly a Guest Registration form is required to be completed for all bookings and must be completed online and electronically signed agreeing with our Conditions of Tenancy.

This registration requires your credit card details. Damages breakages and excess cleaning charges etc. will be charged to this Credit Card if required. If Credit Card details cannot be supplied a cash security deposit is payable with the minimum payment being $250.00 This will be refunded within 14 days after departure subject to inspection to ensure that the property has been left in a tidy state no damages or loss of property are found and that our Booking & Tenancy Terms and Conditions have not been breached.

The pin code required to access the property will not be provided unless this registration has been read and signed.

CANCELLATIONS: Non peak periods. We accept cancellations up to 4 week from arrival date – a $75 cancellation fee applies to cover bank and merchant fees. Prior to 4 weeks full payment is required. Peak periods. Public holidays including Long Weekends NSW School Holidays Easter Christmas and Special Events. Up to 12 weeks from arrival date – a $200 cancellation fee applies to cover bank and merchant fees Under 12 weeks from arrival date - full deposit unless property is rebooked. If the property is re-booked a $500 cancellation fee then applies)

PART CANCELLATIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
