Two adult size folding beds are available for an additional charge.
One waterfront apartment adjoins a non waterfront apartment which can be made available. The adjoining apartment:
- Is only available in conjunction with a waterfront apartment;
- has a queen bed;
- Ideal if you prefer your children in a separate room or need the "extra" room.
All bedding, bathroom and kitchen linen is supplied. You will understand that beach / outdoor towels are not included in rate.
Breakfast basket provided on the first 2 days.

Please note minimum stays apply during long weekends and holiday periods. .
Monday to Thursday. One waterfront apartment $140 for one night, $130 per night for two or more nights.
Friday to Sunday -Public Holidays - Holiday periods
$170 for one night, $150 per night for 2 nights, $140 per night for 3 or more nights.
Adjoining non waterfront apartment - only available in conjunction with waterfront apartment
1 or 2 persons $110 per night.
Additional persons (adult size folding bed)
Additional person/s is $30 per night up to a maximum of $100 per week.
Weekly One waterfront apartment $700 for 7 nights, $1200 for 14 nights.
Two apartments (one waterfront plus adjoining non waterfront apartment) $1100 for 7 nights, $1600 for 14 nights

Be as active or inactive as you wish. Zero minutes to relaxing on the lake, 10 minutes to golf, 30 minutes to surf beach, 50 minutes to Hunter Valley vineyards. Bring your own canoe or kayak, or hire one and have the equipment delivered.
We can recommend a great wine tour - 5 wineries, lunch, and transport to and from our location
Only 60 minutes from the start of the (F3) Sydney to Newcastle freeway and you will be in a different world
