The person making the booking MUST be at least eighteen years of age.

Provided the property is left in a tidy state and no damages or loss of property is found on your departure and no additional charges apply (excess cleaning costs unauthorised guests etc.) the pre-authorisation will be cancelled or the bond re-embursed by Bank Transfer or cheque after departure. All damages breakages regardless of cost must be paid for. Any additional Internet access if applicable will be charged as a separate item after departure.
PAYMENT: The full balance is payable on or before arrival.
OUTSIDE NOISE & POOL HOURS Pool hours are STRICTLY between 7.00 am - 9.30 p.m. and all outside noise must cease by 10.30 pm. PARTIES ARE STRICTLY FORBIDDEN. Failure to observe these conditions will result in immediate eviction with all payments forfeited.
