The home has two separate sections - linked by a covered external staircase. The top section contains the kitchen, dining facilities, two bedrooms linked by the bathroom. The spacious living area has glazed folding doors that open back to the outdoor covered deck. There is a separate toilet off the living area.

The lower half of the property contains two bedrooms with an interconnecting bathroom, an extra large living room, separate toilet and a large covered deck. Each of the decks has ocean views and speakers connected to the sound system.

The pavilions can accommodate 12 persons.
