Booking & Payment Conditions
Payments are to be made to the Lake Macquarie Visitor Information Centre.
We accept Visa Card, Mastercard, Cash, Cheque, Money Order or you may go Online using your Credit Card (you will also need your Client Password which is located under your name at the top of the itinerary).
Payments made by Cheque or Money Order are to be made out to Lake Macquarie City Council.
• More than 21 days prior to arrival: Confirmation deposit of one nights accommodation due within 72 hours of booking. Balance due 21 days prior to arrival.
• Within 21 days of arrival: Full payment at the time of confirmation.
Cancellation Conditions
For all bookings, whilst we provide a Free Booking Service, cancellations of confirmed bookings (where payment has been made) will attract a AUD$22.00 (inc. GST) administration fee in addition to the cancellation fees under the Operator Terms and Conditions.

We reserve the right to offer alternative accommodation/tour of a similar standard in the case of the accommodation/tour operator overbooking their property or for any reason beyond our control.
Cash, Cheque or Money Order
If for some unforseen reason you must cancel a booking where you have already commenced your stay and a refund is due please note that you will receive this payment via a cheque from Lake Macquarie City Council. No monies will be refunded by the Visitor Information Centre.
